At Elise Gustilo we pride ourselves in creating hats using the highest level of craftsmanship.  It is therefore important to us that you are happy with your purchase.  As every hat is made to order, we are unable to provide refunds for collection pieces or adaptations, however if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the hat within 10 business days after dispatch, providing that:

  • The item has been unworn, damaged or used
  • The item is returned in its original condition along with the original packaging and all articles initially supplied.

Items returned to Elise Gustilo must be pre-paid and we are unable to accept cash-on-delivery shipments.  Please note we cannot be held responsible for merchandise lost in the post.
